8Financial & Payment Data
As the platform bbclub involving financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR), we apply additional security measures to protect members' financial data.
Payment methods supported by bbclub are all recognised Malaysian platforms:

- DuitNow (QR and bank transfer)
- FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and others

Important to understand: BBClub does not store your credit card numbers, e-banking passwords, or e-wallet PINs. All payments are processed directly through secure, certified payment gateways. BBClub only receives and retains transaction records (amount, date, method) for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.
All transactions — with a minimum deposit of RM 20 and minimum withdrawal of RM 50 — are processed through payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and Bank Negara Malaysia requirements.

BBClub retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, or as required by Malaysian law. The following are our data retention guidelines:
- Active account data: Retained for as long as your account is active and for 7 years after account closure (to comply with financial regulatory requirements);
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Malaysian legal requirements governing financial records;
- Communication logs (email, live chat): Retained for 2 years for dispute resolution and service improvement purposes;

Once the retention period expires, data will be securely deleted using methods that ensure it cannot be recovered.

Platform bbclub is is not appropriate and is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. BBClub does not knowingly collect or process personal data of children or minors.
If we discover that personal data of a minor has been collected without proper age verification, we will immediately delete that data and close the account in question.
