Terms & Conditions BBClub – The Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BBClub (hereinafter referred to as the "platform", "we", or "bbclub"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("member", "user", or "you") and BBClub regarding your use of the website, mobile platform, games, and all services provided by bbclub.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform bbclub, you expressly accept and agree to comply with all Terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the bbclub platform.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the bbclub platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances, bonuses, and rewards.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as per MyKad or a valid identity document;
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your name;
• A valid and active email address;
• Exact date of birth.

BBClub reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without compensation.

You are solely responsible for your account password. You must choose a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone. BBClub will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Platform bbclub accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and other listed banks)

Minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. All deposits are processed instantly. If your deposit is not credited within 5 minutes, please contact bbclub customer support with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your receipt).

5Withdrawal of Funds

11Account Suspension & Closure

BBClub reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, or for reasons including:

• Requests from Malaysian authorities;
• Suspicious or high-risk activity;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting bbclub customer support. If the account is closed at your own request, any unclaimed balance (subject to rollover requirements and other terms) will be returned to you within 5–7 business days.

12BBClub Liability Limits

BBClub will not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters;
• Losses arising from sports betting outcomes influenced by human decisions (match results, referees, sporting bodies);
• Losses resulting from a member's own security negligence.

In all circumstances, bbclub's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount of active deposits in the relevant account at the time the claim is made.

13Terms & Conditions Amendment

BBClub reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the bbclub website.
